The best way to practice yoga is one-on-one with a trained instructor as no two bodies are created the same. As such, I provide private and small group sessions that are tailored to each person's needs. While I work with adults of all ages, I specialize in providing private yoga sessions to seniors that focus on strength, balance, and flexibility through slow intentional movement and mindful breathing. Sessions can take place in my home yoga studio or the privacy of your home. I currently serve clients in West Raleigh, Cary, Morrisville and Apex.
Some reasons to invest in private sessions:
  • explore the use of yoga to address a specific health issue;
  • learn the best way for your body to do yoga postures based on your specific anatomical structure;
  • learn meditation and breathing techniques for stress management;
  • develop a home practice.
The investment for private sessions starts at $75 per session and varies depending on location and length of the session. 

I also bring gentle and yin yoga sessions to places of work or special events. I specialize in providing yoga for stress management workshops and have previously conducted workshops with church groups and other non-profits. I am certified in Professional First Aid and CPR and am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
